EALTH is a non-profit association under belgian law and its activities are governed by a board of directors that meets 4 times a year in a european capital city or in venues belonging to the European Economic Councils.
The association funds its activities from the subscriptions of its members.
Each year a budget is voted and the funds are allocated to the functioning and strategic choices of the non-profit association.
